This is the character ‘Boss Wolf’ from Kung Fu Panda 2. He’s been missing an eye since the first of the movie, but for those keen on details of how he lost it, he features in the flashbacks as well. In the bottom 3 gifs you can see that Po’s dad smashes him in the face and he drops his signature hammer.
